A little bit of Photoshop

-Print the POS in color with name written in pencil on the back, and hand in to me.

-Turn in any sketches for State Cross Country t-shirt that were not turned in last week.


-Practice/final cross country photos will be created today:

--bring a camera or phone (I have a couple that could be borrowed)
--I need volunteers to run around (shorts would be a bonus...Yes! I know its cold, but think of it as suffering for your art!)
--You may want to bring a coat as we will be outside for about 20 minutes.
--More pictures can be taken this week as needed

In the design we can use 3 colors and like to incorporate the following:
Run the Rapids
5K Walk/Run
12th Annual

If the design is chosen, we provide a paid entry fee for the event (includes a shirt) as well as provided additional shirts for family members in the past.  We would also recognize the individual prior to the start of the walk/run.  If you know of anyone that would be interested, please have them contact me or send me their design (along with contact information) to:

Can everyone dig into their H drive and place a copy of your pen test into the Google drive turn in folder? Thank you!!!

Program of Studies
-Get feedback from classmates as we did for the last assignment
-Scan the design and turn in the sketches for grading.
-Choose a design to begin creating in Illustrator.
-You have this week and some of next week to work on your design(s)

Icon/Typography Logo is due by friday.

We will be talking about the about the State Cross Country Logo next.  Again, you have a real client. Copyright laws must be observed as these designs will be sold to the public!  There are 3 cash prizes for this project of $50, $25 & $15 for 1st,  2nd and 3rd place designs.
